Meditation Retreats

Applying authentic teachings on presence and awareness to everyday life and work. Held annually online.

Stay present

amidst the noise and chaos

A meditation retreat does not require us to live secluded in the mountains or the woods. With the right combination of intention, reflection and routine, it’s possible for anyone to experience the simple truth that space, stillness and awareness is available, in every situation.

Rather than being an annoying distraction or an irritating nuisance, seen in the right way according to authentic meditation instruction, our daily ups and downs, emotional disturbances and the basic chaos of our lives, become the perfect training ground to develop our awareness and open our hearts.

Is this you?

I am new to meditation and mindfulness. I want a jargon free yet authentic introduction to developing presence, awareness and inner confidence.

I am an experienced meditator looking to go further in my meditation practice. I want to transfer insights from my meditation cushion to everyday life in a genuine way.

I am part of a group, team or organisation. We want to cultivate greater space, stillness and awareness to support the work we do.

I feel overwhelmed and anxious about the state of the world. How can I stay open to what is going on without it crushing me or sending me into a depression?

I am a leader, manager, facilitator or consultant. Deep down I know that how I am is more important that what I do, and I need something to help me be, not just do.

“Don’t just do something, sit there!”

As a coach and facilitator for leaders, groups and organisations, as well as a meditator for around 30 years, I’ve learned that the most powerful breakthroughs come when we just STOP!

Our society is driven by a huge energy of effort, ambition and striving. In my own life, and with those I coach and guide, I find that learning to relax just as we are is the most nourishing and inspiring thing we can do.

My mission is to share the authentic training in meditation that I’ve been fortunate to receive, in accessible, practical ways. Whatever your experience, situation or belief system I know they can make a real difference to your life.
