Reflective Tools for Managers and Leaders

A FREE webinar.

Don’t just do something, sit there … (and reflect)!

Life is busy.

Work is busy.

And most organisation and business environments reward activity rather than reflection. This is part of the modern industrial approach to work and life.

It makes a lot of stuff happen quickly.

But is it the right stuff?

Does it move things in a helpful and healthy direction?

Are we making better, wiser decisions?

And what about our own lives, our careers? Our personal choices?

Do we have the tools, skills and conviction we need to press <PAUSE> and introduce reflection to our day?

This free, interactive webinar will:

Explain why some form of reflection is a vital priority for all managers, leaders and professionals today.

Outline the many different types of reflection you can use in day-to-day practical environments to create clarity, insight and possibility.

Talk you step-by-step through a couple of simple techniques. You will leave the session with practical tools you can keep using.

Identify why making time for reflection is the no.1 leverage point for creating impact and change in your role (and also why this is often so difficult to do!).
