About your guide
Timothy Malnick has spent over 20 years guiding managers, leaders and professionals to incorporate reflective learning into their demanding day-to-day roles.
He has taught reflective tools and approaches at leading UK and European business schools and introduced them via training and coaching in a wide variety of organisations and sectors.
Tim holds a degree in psychology from Oxford University, and two Masters degrees in Organisational Psychology, and Responsible Business Practice.
He is a Certified Principal Business Psychologist with the UK Association of Business Psychology.
He is also currently co-chair of Linked:HR the largest online group of HR professionals on LinkedIn.
