The time to act is NOW
I’m increasingly concerned about the state of the wider world, and I question whether my work is part of the problem not the solution.

A different approach to coaching
There’s nothing formulaic about my style of coaching. You’ll find no secret shortcuts or copy- and-paste tricks and techniques that get you to a standardised, conventional goal.
Instead we practice openness with one another, finding the essence of where you’re at, what you need, and what’s holding you back from taking courageous action.
Often we’ll incorporate experiential and creative elements (including powerful embodied practices) which bring insights and layers of deeper understanding that cannot be reached from talking alone.
